Delivery & Pick Up

Orders placed before 1pm EST are usually eligible for same-day delivery. In store pick up orders must be placed with a minimum of two hours of lead time before pick up. We recommend calling the shop directly at 401-351-1775 for any rush delivery or pick up orders.

We deliver to most towns in Rhode Island–including the Greater Providence area, Cranston, Warwick, Barrington, East Providence, and more. We also deliver to some towns on the Massachusetts/RI border such as Seekonk, Swansea, Rehoboth, and Attleboro. At this time we do not deliver to Newport County or the southernmost parts of Washington County.

Yes. Please include the recipient’s complete name and room number.
Please keep in mind that patients in certain closed facilities, such as the ICU, may not be able to accept deliveries.

Yes. Due to campus security measures all deliveries addressed to dorms will be redirected to the school's student mail room. Please keep in mind that many of these mail rooms are not open on weekends.

We ask customers to include the recipient’s phone number because this is the primary way in which we are able to communicate regarding delivery issues.
If the recipient is not home we need to be able to call and reschedule the delivery. We understand that this may sometimes spoil the "surprise" of sending flowers, however it is the best way to guarantee that your order arrives at its intended destination.

We do not offer specific delivery times. Our deliveries leave the shop around 10am EST and are usually finished for the day by 2pm EST. If your order absolutely must arrive at a certain time please call the shop at 401-351-1775 to discuss pick up options or other solutions.

We do not leave deliveries outside (on porches, doorsteps, etc.) unless we have explicit permission from the person receiving the order. Once we have received permission from the recipient, the delivery is considered complete and we are no longer responsible for the arrangement.

Because we’re a small, very busy studio we’re not able to send photos of individual arrangements before delivery. Please visit our Instagram and website to see examples of our work — we’ve been voted Best of RI for a reason and take pride in creating beautiful, thoughtful designs for every order.

We do not work with third‑party order‑gathering companies. These services conflict with our principles as an independent, worker‑owned floral studio.
We strongly encourage clients to contact local flower shops in the out-of-state delivery area you are sending to so that your purchase supports local businesses and you receive full value for your order.
Online Ordering

Our online ordering page organizes our arrangement options by color palette rather than by specific design recipes, so we can always offer the freshest, most seasonally appropriate florals.
This system allows us to keep each arrangement that goes out our door unique and versatile, but it also means that a single picture cannot represent each of our order options.

For specific requests, please call the shop at 401-351-1775. Please note that some flowers, such as out-of-season or specialty florals, may require a 1-2 week lead time.

All arrangements are delivered in either a clear glass or a solid ceramic vase, to keep the flowers fresh and submerged in water. We do not deliver wrapped bouquets.
