About Us!

Four Buds Floral Studio is a boutique studio looking for a seasoned floral designer with experience in a busy retail sales environment to join our team.

Our shop, located in Providence's Fox Point neighborhood, provides walk-in floral offerings in addition to local delivery and event services. We specialize in everyday floral creations, along with weddings, special events, and memorial arrangements.

Because we operate and deliver six days a week, candidates must have flexibility to work select Saturdays.

Voted Best of Rhode Island by Rhode Island Monthly Magazine readers three years running, Four Buds Floral Studio is Rhode Island’s first worker-owned cooperative flower shop. All major decisions regarding studio operations are decided democratically, and our founders have an equal ownership stake in the business. We are looking for a designer who would be interested in the future opportunity to assume an ownership role in an award-winning floral studio and help us serve our local community.
