Our team has nearly five decades of combined experience in the floral industry--yet this is the first time we’ve had any control over decisions made in our workplaces. We have worked in flower shops focused solely on profit, even at the expense of the quality of the work, the treatment of the workers, and concern for the environmental impact of the global floral industry.
